The Planning and Transportation Commission will hold a public hearing on May 18, 2026 at 7 PM to consider making a recommendation to the City Council to adopt the Northeast Area Specific Plan and related amendments to the General Plan, Zoning Map, and Zoning Ordinance, as well as certifying the Environmental Impact Report.
