The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider adopting the Northeast Area Specific Plan at its regular meeting on Monday, June 8, 2026 7:00 p.m. The City Council will also consider related amendments to the General Plan, Zoning Map, and Zoning Ordinance, as well as the Environmental Impact Report.
