City staff and the project team presented the draft options for land use, placemaking, parking, and more to the City Council during a Study Session. These draft concepts incorporated input received from the Planning and Transportation Commission during their Study Session on September 18, 2023. During this meeting, the City Council was asked to provide guidance on which option (or a combination of options) should be the “preferred option.”
